No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
