Please do! Sending in anything additional with your device such as SIM cards, headphones and chargers won't inprove your quotation and the items may be disposed of for Health and Safety or GDPR reasons.
Yes - You should make sure the device is factory reset and all associated accounts (Apple & Google), including any passcode locks are removed and relinked prior to sending in your device. We data wipe the device as part of our process so please do not send in any device with data you still need or may want in the future. We will be unable to process any device that are still locked to an account for security reasons.
No problem! We provide a QR code in your confirmation that you can use and walk into any Post Office who will print your label for you.
While pricing can change as fast as every few hours. We will honour your price for 14 days, so you have plenty of time to get it in to us and get the most for your device.
Absolutely, as long as you have been honest with your order and you have checked it'll meet our grading criteria there is no reason why you won't. We only make fair deductions should there be any fault with the device that we find during our tests.
